At 60, Nishriin Parikh is a karate black belt, internationally recognized fitness and physique athlete, Gladrags Mrs India participant, GNC Brand Athlete, international model, actor, mother, and a powerful example of what it means to live with strength, discipline, individuality, and purpose. Having begun her journey in karate at the age of 15, Nishriin went on to compete nationally, represent India on international bodybuilding and physique stages, and enter the world of competitive fitness modelling at 50 - continually challenging conventional ideas of age, beauty, and what women are capable of becoming.

Her journey reflects a belief at the very heart of Antiquity Soul: a woman does not become less visible, less beautiful, or less powerful with age. She becomes more deeply herself.
