Before You Shop Antiquity Soul, please note: Our Collections and Materials Antiquity Soul has two pendant collections: Heritage and Signature. The pieces currently shown on this website belong to the Heritage Collection. Every Antiquity Soul pendant features a natural semi-precious stone set in .925 sterling silver and includes a premium Italian .925 sterling silver chain. Each natural stone has its own distinctive colour, texture and pattern, so no two pendants are exactly alike. Our pieces are designed in collaboration with master artisans, then handcrafted or cast at our partner facility in limited quantities. While a pendant’s design may be recreated, its natural stone cannot be duplicated exactly. Product Images and Custom Orders We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. For an existing pendant, you will receive the piece and stone shown in its listing. For a custom or recreated pendant, the original design serves as a reference. The stone’s shape, colour and pattern, along with some handcrafted details, may differ. Please confirm these details with us before placing your order. Please allow 3–6 weeks for the creation and shipment of custom pieces. Delivery time will depend on your location and the carrier. Shipping We ship across Canada and the United States. Delivery within Canada is complimentary. U.S. shipping charges are shown at checkout. U.S. orders may also be subject to applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs or carrier clearance fees, payable by the customer. Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier. Customs processing may cause additional delays. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an order confirmation by email following a successful purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the other payment methods displayed at checkout. Returns Please choose your piece carefully, as we do not offer returns. We are happy to provide additional photographs, videos and product information before you purchase. Please handle and store your jewelry with care.
