Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.

  • Return Period: 

    You have 2 calendar days from the date of receipt as per signature received on courier to return your piece. 

  • Condition of Return: 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact. 

  • Proof of Purchase: 

    A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

  • Non-returnable Items: 

    Custom-made pieces, engraved items, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return. 

  • Refund Process: 

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

  • Shipping Costs: 

    You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: 

    In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us the same day of receipt to report the issue. We will provide instructions for a return or replacement at our discretion. 

  • Compliance with Local Law: 

    This policy is subject to all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and any conditions or circumstances where the law requires a refund will be honoured.
